Tips on throat worms

Hello everyone,
Does anyone have tips for getting Tapeworms out of the esophagus and throat. 2 or 3 have taken up residence there. They've been living in my stomach for quite some time to get away from liver, improved bowel function. I have been treating them successfully. So far, everything I have done has just made them come higher up. i have a lot of them in my stomach. I can feel 2 latching on high up in throat, I get them down the esophagus temporarily, they never leave the esophagus though, then they're back and i'm concerned about them being too big if they decide to finally make the trek towards the light.
