Re: Parasite Cleanse Done.. What Next?
Keep going it takes months to eradicate parasites, sometimes years.
Have you cleaned up your diet? You should be eating as many fruits and veggies as possible and limiting/avoiding processed/added sugars, gluten, dairy etc.
Are you juicing? Highly suggest in a juicer if not and start
juicing things like beets, carrotts, ginger, lemon, celery, cucumber, etc.
You would probably benefit from some bowel cleansing with some psyllium and
Bentonite clay shakes and maybe an additional fiber mix, I like Detoxifiber.
water enemas and
coffee enemas can help clear out the bowels.
The basic Clark
Liver Flush consists of just epsom salt, olive oil, and grapefruit so you dont have to buy a kit, but the herbs in that kit will help loosen things up in the liver.
Do you have a zapper/frequency generator? These can be good to use in conjunction with the herbs.
Some people have good luck eliminating some
parasites by taking diatomaceous earth (do not ingest anything except FOOD GRADE diatomaceous earth, the other kind is for swimming pools filters and toxic)
Papaya seeds and pumpkin seeds can paralyze parasites. Google search papaya seed smoothies for the recipe.
I would suggest you
Bowel Cleanse for a couple weeks while cleaning up your diet and
juicing and do a
Liver Flush if you are comfortable with trying it. In the mean time research zapping, diatomaceous earth, and papaya seed smoothies. Also look into Humaworm which is a stronger
parasite cleanse fo possibly your next cleanse.
There is plenty more you can try but you have to build upon a foundation, just think of this as a long term investment in your health.
Oh and last but not least, put aside 15-20 minutes each day for meditation. A positive attitude and outlook are a very important part of your healing.
Hope this helps,
