Don't beat yourself up. We all fail in fasting with water only.

For your skin, first you need to clean your liver. I strongly suggest you do a liver flush, every three weeks in the beginning, then once a year.

Eat a clean, organic, vegan diet. No sodas, smoking, sugar, milk, etc.
