Acne and looking back now at pictures my hair was a lot healthier, so eating healthy is key and the greatest advice I can give you. If the food has been processed don't eat it, try to eat things that was once living, fruit veggies meats and very small amounts, that is great advice too. Like people will say stay away from meat and dairy, I agree but I like tiny bites of meat, fish or chix, and lots of milk, but when I ate healthy those 9 months I had 8
oz of milk with breakfast instead of 32
oz lol and that is much less. With meat, don't love meat, but in those 9 months I ate maybe 4
oz a day, that's not much. And again no processed food, none.
4. Lastly, I really really hope you succeed at fasting, yet if you don't do the fast then do like the first post says, concentrate on making changes in the right direction. Maybe fast every other day, I'm sure it would help with acne and it lets you be aware that yes you are in control of your eating. Maybe do this, which I should do after I get to my goal weight. day 1 eat whole food only and small amounts, day 2 eat whatever you want, day 3 do a water fast, then keep repeating day 1-3. And if you know a social event is coming up then make that work where day 2 is that day of the event. I hope I remember this, I think I will right this down, cause I think this will work for me. I have been very bad with my eating in the past 2 1/2 years, but I feel a change is right around the corner.
