Oddly - and this may be a de-motivator for you - I am a lot like you.
I want to live.
I want to drink and switching hard liquor for beer is as far as I am willing to go to my health, but 2-3 a day - Long term I aint giving that up.
I want to eat sweet foods.
I want to eat meat.
I want to drink coffee and tea.
Lots more.
All I am interested in and this after a "catastrophically successful" 75+lb weight loss and diabetes reversal, I only want to be reset to where I was @ say 20. I want to continue the carefree practices of the last 30 yrs and only get to this point say in 20 yrs.
July 25th 2017 is going to be a turning point.
It will be 1 exact year since I went low carb, and at that point I hope to start my 10 day raw food diet, which I hope to end on Aug 4th 2017.
I'll fast for 2-4 day periods mostly to keep my weight till July 4th, after which I think I'll fast to 25th and go on raw food on 25th. Of course no reason it has to be 25th, or july 4th. Sorta soft dates.
But sometime in the next 2-3 weeks I am making a true crack @ that magic 135. Or should I say the magic 1 for visceral fat.
