OK I was thinking you were eating veggies. Never mind. OK carbs have the effect of lowering you metabolic rate too via the increased insulin.
I probably over estimated your calorie intake as well.
You should stay at the same calorie level you are now, but switch to nearly all fat with moderate protein for ~5 days. Now remember this will not get you losing weight, your still have massive insulin from the food you're eating now and the insulin resistance. What it will do is lower your insulin and provide you with lots of fuel to burn and put you in ketosis without stressing you out much.
Then fasting will readily tap into the fat reserves and let you burn at the rate it was burning when you were eating fat, if not even more, cos no insulin = no check point on the amount of calorie burn.
