Getting worried about my water fast

Hello everyone

I'm on my 7th day of my Water Fast and everything is going well. Maybe too well and THAT scares me.

As i said, i just finished my first week. This is my very first fast experience and I was expecting some complications along the way. Before I started out my fast I researched a lot and I read all these posts/comments of people talking about pain/discomfort/weakness/cravings/headache/migraine. I'm not going through that at all! Which makes me wonder if there is any kind of internal healing taking place inside of my right now.

I do feel more energetic and I would say my concentration has improved, but what about the healing signs? I mean, I don't see the signs of detox taking place. I've had only 1 bow movement on the 3rd day and that's it. My urine has no color whatsoever.

My water intake is something around 4-5 liters a day. No food has been consumed. Nothing but water.

I do however feel my legs a bit sore. Its the same feeling I get when I workout legs, except I haven't been to the gym in 3 months.

I don't have cancer or any other major disease. Maybe that's why I'm not seeing any improvement? My tongue got kinda white crust on it though. I don't really know what to expect and that's why I'm asking for help. Is my case abnormal?

Im aiming for 25 days and if things continue like this I believe it is going to be very easy to achieve it and it should not be that easy according to everyone else. So, any idea or thoughts about my situation?

By the way, I'm male/29/10kg over my ideal weight. Not doing it for weight loss, im seeking detox.

Thank you for taking the time to read it
