Difficult to digest

It is easier to break a fast with fruit juices and vegetable juices.

Breaking a fast with fatty soups may be a bit too heavy to digest after a long water fast, but every person is different, and there will for sure be people who will be able or who have been able to do so without any problems.

Generally, a soup like bone broth can sometimes be difficult to digest even when you are not fasting.

The only answer I have is to take very small amount of soup.

Another problem with both bone broth and fermented vegetables is that those foods are High histamine foods!

If you are histamine intolerant, those foods can make you feel bad.

You can also become histamine intolerant after a water fast, even if just for a few days until your body adjust to a new diet ....

There is a reason why most people go with vegetable soups (fresh vegetable) or fresh juices.

Those foods are easy on the digestive tract.

Animal fats can be particularly difficult to digest if you have been for a very long time on fat free diet.

Start with vegetable fats first, and include animal fats after a few days ... when your digestion become normal.
