Breaking fast with GAPS diet

Yesterday evening I had a first meal after 14 days of water fast. It was a bit of bone broth and juice from fermented veggies. Today I am continuing with the same and I want to slowly introduce other foods as described in the GAPS protocole. Anyone knows it?

Basically - you are eating mostly fat, ferments and some proteins, to build a gut flora that will not demand Sugar all the time. That's what I want, so I am quite sure I don't want to break my fast with sugary juices.

But today I feel really bad, I think my body can't digest the broth properly even though it was just a little bit of it. I suppose it will get better day after day, but I have a question if anyone here was breaking their fast with something different than juices (that are recommended most of the time)?

If so - how was it?
