Re: My plan - workable?
Wow - that's a pretty enthusiastic plan. As I've been told so many many times before -- I didn't gain my weight overnight, and I'm not going to lose it overnight :) Boy, I hated to hear that - but as I get older, I truly believe it's a life long commitment...and a daily struggle at that.
I think you plan is fabulous and yes, you can no doubt lose that much weight. I read Robin Quivers story and how she did 21 days on the
Master-Cleanse 3 times and lost 70 pounds. You can probably expect to lose 30
pounds in 30 days.
But the question is - do you want to set such a huge goal? I'd personally recommend that you take the first 10 days (having been here 2 times before) then go from there. I'm on day 5 of 15 and it's a daily struggle to change those old habits. But it can be done!!
You also have to consider the workouts -- while on the plan I only do light cardio for about 30 minutes a day.
I guess what I'm trying to say is maybe it's best to take baby steps when there's a lot of weight to lose while trying to quit smoking at the same time.
Hugs!!!
