I ate 3 fresh coconuts last night and half a bag of dehydrated coconut meat with lime Sea Salt and spirulina. My body was hot throughout the night my boyfriend thought I was having a fever. I didn't notice... but today I had to run to the bathroom and it was painful!! I feel so much better... I'm eating whole coconuts a day from 2-3-4 and olives or avocados. Green juices. And maybe one green apple. I'm going to be careful with the chips though.........
