I just made the macaroons using the recipe in the book to consume the 2 1/2 cups dried shredded coconut [although I did not use eggs or sugar.. I used organic apple sauce, agave nectar and stevia instead].
The book says to eat 2 1/2 cups of dried coconut during the day [preferably all at once for dinner, but you can spread it throughout the day by itself or in recipes which use the coconut flakes/flour] then take a saltwater flush after dinner.. then one more saltwater flush 2 hours later.
The morning after, when you're flushing your bowels, a ton of
parasites are supposed to be expelled [90% is what the book said when you are using dried coconut.. 60% if you're using fresh [[Research of 1984, Rajasthan, India]]. Coconut fiber contains Vermifuge, which expels parasitic worms.
I'm trying it tonight, as I have been
Liver Cleansing for a couple of weeks now. Has anyone else done this?
So far, I've only eaten 2 1/2 macaroons the size of golf balls, and I have major diarrhea. I think I'll just stick to the flakes.
