Many people have said it's mites. However I feel it's the sticky stuff from Morgellon sores that dries up and turns granular.Then more appears. I wasn't in contact with any mites. Don'
t use ANYTHING nano, but the colloidal silver A\at 10 ppm does help in the eyes is my experience. Colloidal silver is effective against Morgellons. A friend of mine got rid of it with CS.
