Re: My symptoms (doctors say I am fine, which I am not.)EDIT
Doc says in the beginning we shouldn't be fasting--it only drives the toxins deeper into the body.
If you have worms coming out your nose, then you surely have parasites eslewhere. Not to worry so much about starting to feel better. I'd get on the Barefoot dewormer and take it 4 TBSP a day in divided doses as is posted here on this forum, and do it ASAP. One doesn't have to wait for 2 years to start feeling better. This IS a process, but I felt SO much better 6 months into this program. Keep living your life as you're doing this program. Exercise, go do what makes you happy, spend some time understanding what you're doing, tho , and listening to your body as to when you should be doing a liver flush or starting a colon cleanse. "Don't quit" is the message if you want to get well. Keep going until you're on top of things and healthy again.
Whether we've done this to ourselves or had it done TO us, theres much hope when we find the truth and apply it.
You won't begin to see any parasites in the stool until you start killling them off. Then, you'll also probably see many parasties and stones coming out of your gallbladder and liver once you start liver flushing. I'ts pretty disgusing but revealing as to where a person gets to after taking chemical poisons and then being subjected to solvents and parasite eggs for a long time.
Stones, chaff and other stuff that comes out of the liver floats on top of water, so if you're squeemish, you don't have to play in it, but a lot of us used a colendar over the toilet seat so we could view what we passed for nasty stuff. It surely made me feel better every time I saw what came out of me that made me sick.
AGAIN--once you start on this program, don't quit because the parasites will just get back to their original numbers, if you do. You gotta keep killing them off and flushing them out. It's all quite repetitive. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster with the liver flushes. Felt good after doing one a while into the program, then got depressed and tired and found it was time to do another one. It all works. It does take perseverence, work and patience. You'll get there, eventually.
Whether you start out with the liver or the colon cleanse is relative to how far down the tubes your health has gone. Both are necessary to get your health back. The colon clease has to be the real thing with the herbs that work so you see results. That takes a while to do, too. Drugs mess up the colon bad. The junk has to be gotten off the walls and the musculature has to be working normally.
The liver and gallbaldder has to be flushed out of the dead parasites and other junk, or you'll feel the results of the toxins and be sicker.
Hope you start and do this program as it will make such a difference when you start to see and feel the restults of getting rid of what's making you sick.
We're still here.
EDIT: When I did a liver flush, I also saw pancreatic flukes and think I passed a couple of stones out of my pancreas. The parasites can come from any part of the body. Some are carried thru the blood/lymph to the liver and have to be flushed out, while others seem to be taken care of as the body gets cellular health back like what sloughs off the skin. There is an exception or two to this rule, but this is how the body gets healthy again. It happens on a cellular level.
