While water fasting, there will be days when your body loses more weight and some days nothing. Many dry tasters lose a lot of water weight. If you drink more does not mean you lose more water weight.

There is no real Science or study that proves how much water one should drink during a fast. Here it is very subjective, each and everyone is different. However, one rule can be observed by everybody while fasting, drink as per thirst.
