Hang in there. A good thing is that you know and accept your emotional eating problem. When you feel that you have to eat, stop everything you are doing, breath deep, ask yourself, why do you feel you have to eat, what are you feelings at that point and know that you are replacing that very emotion with food. Then tell yourself that you will not fall for that trap, breath deep again.
