Re: 21 day fast maybe 30 days

Thank you for your input it helps put my mind at ease. I guess i will just have to pay attention to my body during this time. Also does fapping break a fast or is it just not preferable because it takes energy and interrupts the healing? I know in cultures like Ramahdan it breaks the fast because its a sign of impurity and disrespect for their god. Im not of that culture im just christian but i am curious.
