CrustNoMore, thanks for your response.Yes i have fordyce spots on lips espacially on upper-mid lip area.

You said that sebum can be medium for fungal proliferation but i wonder that can excess sebum activity/production cause hyperkeratosis on lips alone.(i mean irrevelant to fungal)
Also i will consider protopic.
