I know this is going to sound strange but I read in a medical article that for treatment of oral thrush you can get vaginal pessaries and dissolve them in your mouth.
"Nystatin tablets (500 000 IU) are commonly used for treatment of oral
candidosis and so are the vaginal pessaries (100 000 IU). The latter are highly efficacious when used orally as long as the patient is persuaded to take them. The bitter taste of the tablets results in poor patient compliance.7"
So if you can't get Nystatin you may be able to get vaginal pessaries locally to see if that improves things.
However, as I said in my previous post I highly doubt candida causes EC since patients with a condition called chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis, a disease which causes candida immunodeficiency do not get EC.
