Re: Why did DHEA supplements increased testosterone but DHEA is extremely low still?

My Epinephrine (pooled) (Urine) 4.5 Range: 0.8-6.2 (Optimal 1.4-4.2)
Ratio: Norepi/Epi (Urine) 8 Range:2.9-25.2 (Optimal 5.2-13.7)
I notice that I do get excited a lot, anxious, irritated. Little things like singing, or watching a horror movie can be felt. My hand are cold a lot of the time, especially when excited. I suffer from leaky gut which has I have been treating for about 2 years because they say most problems start in the gut. I have notable improvement in that department, but still don’t feel great. I am taking adrenal glandulars which seem to be helping a bit. I ordered some pregnenolone cream and plan on trying it instead of progesterone cream since it is the mother of all hormones, and hope it will convert to dhea. I heard bacopa monnieri may help bring dopamine and epinephrine down. So I will probably try that in the future.
I thought maybe my dopamine was low 6 months ago, so I bought some phenylanine at 500mg mg felt energized the first day. The second day, I was too hyper and had eye twitches all day. You could actually see it twitch. Stopped taking it for a week cut the dose in half, twitched for 2 days, so I tossed it.
Haha, as far as intimacy, I haven’t been in a relationship for 2 years. When I was in one, I was never really in the mood. It’s weird because when I was, It was the only thing I could think about for the day. Lol. Right now, I feel like I should focus on getting better. Any kind of stimulation right now would probably take a toll on my adrenals. When I’m in the mood, I try to meditate instead. Lol doesn’t always work. There are a lot of things I want to do that this condition has stopped me from doing. (continuing my education is one) my memory has declined since high school. I have brain fog and bad short term memory, so studying is almost impossible. My progesterone levels did increase a ton, but still nowhere near normal.
