Did they test DHEA or DHEA-S?

I assume they did the latter and liver sulfation pathway is struggling.

Do you have a history of chemical sensitivities, maybe to odors such as diesel fumes, certain perfumes, etc?

Are you sensitive to sulfites --with an I--such as in some wines and some dried fruits?

When planning to use DHEA supplements I think it is wiser to test both DHEA and DHEA-S at least one time to see if there is a substantial difference. You'll need to know how to monitor yourself over the long term.

Was your estrogen low or lo normal, esp if you are male or pre-menopausal female?
