I came off my first 12 day in April. Day 1 was watered down OJ, day 2 oj & oatmeal for breakfast as my blood Sugar was VERY low. I chewed the oatmeal until is was liquid though. Did vegie soup for lunch and dinner day 2. Day 3 I did oatmeal, soup for lunch and salad for dinner. Just remember to CHEW everything very well the first few days.
