I am almost on day 10, and just had some questions about coming off of it?
On day 11, why is range juice best?? Are there any other juices that are just as good? And then 2nd day off the fast- fruits and vegetables or can you add in salads? If not, when can you introduce salads, and when can you introduce meats and breads? Also, are salads that you would get at a restaurant fine or no? I don't have a kitchen (I live in my co-ed fraternity house), and so it would be really hard for me to buy ingredients to make a salad. Let me know! Thanks
