Need Help Plz!!!! Begging

I beg for anybody to plz help me! I been suffering in agony for 16 months! Constant 24/7 misery!
Symptoms:


Relentless right side abd pain under last right rib!
Bowel changes
Thick gelatinous almost glue like mucus expelled with stools
A warm almost metallic taste in mouth
Legs swelling
Brain fog
Hurts at times to even push stool becuz feels like my belly button is being tugged
My hands and feet are red swollen
Chronic low back pain (i only have one functioning kidney)

I have had ct scan shows liver is swollen with mutiple what looks like cysts i was told. I had a ct scan few yrs ago and there was never a mention of liver cysts. I dont even drink alcohol what so ever! I beg anyone please direct me to what these are and why and how to rid ASAP before it kills me!! I have blood coming out now in the mucus! Some of these appear to have what looks like veins??!!! I have tried soooooooo many things and it is only escalating!
I am beyond miserable and been to doctors with no relief. It is consuming all quality of life and ruining my marriage and work! I contemplate ending my life daily now becuz i just cant continue with this battle. Tweet
