You are right, she did not but some seem to think that more of a good thing can never be too much. I do not agree with that.

As a U.S. manufacturer of zappers, we keep our voltage below 12 volts for several reasons, including safety concerns. We also regulate our current output rather than using a fixed resistor or no resistor that some do.
