I recently had my thyroid tested and it was fine. I don't think that I feel overly stressed, but I am at times, I guess.
I agree that meditation will help. A while ago, I was doing Yoga regularly and I was able to get off my BP meds. Of course, I was also eating healthier and exercising regularly at the time, but my eating habits now are even better. I just don't think that long term I would stick with meditation or Yoga.
