So at first time i have to take 500 billion because you said 10 tablets... then the following day i needto take 150 billion everyday with good diet?

Is 50 billion at first time is ok? Sorry im confused

Yeah i know i have read on some story that they take also take probiotics and didint work maybe thats because of not doing a healthy diet, thats y i always ask about probiotics beacuse sometimes i dont want to waste money on other vitamins

Do u still have odor until now?
Are you still doing this routine? I mean the probiotics ,acv and healthy diet?

How long you suffer from odor?
