I do not see any segmented worms so not sure about Tapeworms but i see plenty of flukes and roundworms. You need to go on a serious parasite cleanse and forget about doctors. You should also change your diet completely if you have not done it yet. Sounds like you have got them migrating through your body as you describe the red circle marks and the movement you feel. This is serious and i would not start with herbs but with meds directly. For the fluke protocol, the one i know many used successfully has been posted by the user mattk3. Alb with praziquantel in low doses. As for the roundworms, it can take months or years depending on how many species you have and how bad it is. I have haad so much skin rash of all kinds, roundworm cysts, migration, toxin allergic reactions and all doctors could say is that it is from the heat (when it was actually cold). This is serious so you need to get going. ICU, sharkman and mattk3 also posted roundworm protocols and some are easy to follow. You need to add a good detox protocol as well to not get into a toxic shock while killing parasites. Mattk3 had some good suggestions on that. Tweet
