Stones are not important

Stones are not important.

Fixation on stones is 100% wrong fixation.

What is important is to do the flush.

By flushing old stagnant bile from your liver and your gallbladder, and possibly flushing out some gallbladder sludge and gallbladder sand, that is how you are changing both your liver, your gallbladder and also on the long run (few months) also your intestines and your intestinal flora.

It is when you change your liver, your gallbladder and in the end they change your intestines and your intestinal flora that you can really expect symptoms to start disappearing slowly one by one.

Do not count stones!

Do not collect stones!

Only if you have diagnosed gallstones, it can be smart to check the stones to see if there are some hard ones.

Even if you have diagnosed gallstones, you can expect some of them to pass out and some of them to stay inside,
but the real health benefit will happen when you change your liver and your intestinal flora and your diet.

If you have no Gallstones symptoms, stones are the last thing you should be thinking about.

Most of those stones people are passing are just hardened bile, often hardened inside intestines during the flush itself.
That is why fixation on stones on this and on many other forums is a wrong fixation .

Just keep flushing your liver, at least one flush every month, and enjoy the health benefits some months later.
