Enema or oral cleansing

You can cleanse your liver orally (oil or herbs) or you can do it analy like coffee enemas, or some people choose to do both.

It is question of your personal preferences.

Oral cleansing is more natural, compared to enema, but huge number of people have great success using coffee enema for liver cleaning.

It is all individual.

Some people prefer to take bitter herbs daily (bitters), as those herbs also stimulate liver to produce more bile and to cleanse itself.
