To tell you the truth, you should adjust the amount of oil to your own stomach.

I just take a glass, I never measure strictly.
Every flush I do, I do with a different glass size, different amount. No strict measuring.

I try to do make one flush every 3 months. But, that is 20 years later. When I started 20 years ago, I was flushing every 2 weeks, about 8 flushes in a raw.

If you take too much oil the first time, you will not feel very well in your stomach. If you do not feel very well, you will never do it again.

It takes some time to get use to large amount of oil.

I am 82 kg = 180 lb
I can take 4-8 oz of oil (plus as much juice) on an empty stomach without any problems.

BUT, when you do it the first time, you should just take 2 oz of oil, so you don't overdo.

I have been cleaning my liver for 20 years, so I know my own limits. At one time I have even taken 1 whole cup of oil, to see how much I can stomach and to find my own limits.

Anyway, taking just 1/2 cup of oil (4 oz) is more than enough for 90% of people of average body weight.

If you are very small person, taking even just 2 oz of oil may be more than enough.

1 glass = 1 cup

1 cup = between 240 ml and 250 ml

In USA:

1/2 cup = 4 fluid ounces = 8 tablespoons = 118 ml

1 cup = 8 fluid ounces = 1/2 pint = 16 tablespoons = 237 ml
