Thank you for sharing your experience. I know you have a good handle on your health. The only thing I would like to add is, eliminate all fruits for now. The best fruit to eat to stop BMs is Pomegranate, especially the outer skin and inside white skin. It is available in dried powder form take one spoonful twice a day. If you not find the Pomegranate skin powder, you can make your own. Just leave the skins in the sun and let it dry. Crush it and make powder, make sure it is thouroughly dry.
