start with water as clean as possible. this means distilled if you DIY. the cleanest commercial water is distilled and also R/O and carbon filtration.

an R/O unit will take most of the fluoride out. then distill that. best home made water.

minerals? get them from plants. tap water has nothing but rocks and poisons in it. even well water is not obeying nature and full of rocks.

rain is distilled water. thats what you should use. then put the goodies in it you want. i put pure salt in mine. Tweet
