I am sorry to hear that. Have you tested the waters with a Hannah meter, what were the results?

Is it possible that maybe your unit is defective?

I have no opinion on the Berkley filter, I'm just wondering why your Silvergen unit is so sensitive/no functioning with a variety of distilled waters.
