It has been a week since I started. I am not exactly following it. I will try to stick to the protocol. I don't apply coconut oil after the soak. But yesterday I applied and the lips look good . I don't brush the lips too as I feel it will aggravate the condition more.

Regarding the picture. Here is the steps you can follow.
