Vitamin C doesn't do much to me - I take 4 gm a day of whole food vit C because ascorbic acid seems to make my skin worse, due to lowering copper probably.
If you were part of the andy cutler chelation list you would see members, once in a while, complaining about looking older since starting chelation - the assumption is that the oxidative stress is causing that. It doesn't happen often but a few people have reported it. and it's been happening with me too.
Other people have reported aging backwards after 80+ rounds. So I'm assuming after the mercury is out, cells can finally regenerate and heal and reverse aging. But for some people that have just started chelation, it will make your skin look worse and hopefully heal later.
The brain fog and decreased memory function is definitely an inconvenience for me too! but I'm sure chelation will take care of it.
