Re: Amalgam fillings and mercury toxicity aggravating adrenal fatigue?
I suppose you continue to take antioxidants such as vitamin C, E, maybe some selenium, etc.
Andy Cutler often says a person with an Hg problem typically gets a few months of gains after
Amalgam removal, followed by some months of a "stall."
I had mostly a lead problem so I spent over 7 months wondering if I was just having a good week or good month. Everything was so gradual. It took 9 months or so before it became obvious that the gains were sticking.
I did not have solid proof until 1.5 ys detox when followup bone density and kidney tests reported normalization of those issues. Other lesser symptoms improved too.
Unfortunately it can be a slow process.
I've heard a number of reports from people who were able to reduce their dose of adrenal medication and or supplements, typically after years of detox.
