How many fillings did you have? And how long did they stay in your teeth? I had a chipped Amalgam filled molar, and unfortunately that was the unsafely removed filling. Nice cosmetic job though, but poor technique and comfort.

Are you only noticing improvements in your sleep? Do you have issues with dry skin? Or even prematurely aging skin? I have a mild case of dermatitis on my fingers, and very dry skin on my feet and body, which makes me suspect candida overgrowth, and that's common among mercury poisoned people.
