Refresh my memory - are you doing the SWF? If not, I strongly recommend that you do. If you are, are you having movements right after that? If not, try altering the amount of salt a bit to see if that helps.
Hang in there! I'm ending day 4, too, and still hungry and wanting food. Also, today I could barely make myself drink 6 glasses. Not because I don't like it, I just don't really want to drink anything - no water, no lemonade, etc. Hopefully it will pass.
