Did fine on day 4!

It's hard to believe I'm here on day 5 already -- very few detox symptoms other than a hairy tongue. You're right - it's gross.

I'm down 7 pounds -- not bad at all :)

I'm really thrilled that I'm doing the low pact exercise this time around. The last 2 cleanses I didn't exercise and rested a lot. But this time I have more energy and feel even better.
