It's been awhile since I revisited the adrenal fatigue information, but I don't recall reading about Forskolin or cAMP. I'm coping with caffeine withdrawals by weaning very slowly and taking high doses of vitamin C, along with amino acids for moods, Tyrosine for energy, glutamine to balance my blood sugar, and a blend of herbs to relieve estrogen dominance. I did take a bunch of very expensive supplements designed to help heal from adrenal fatigue. One was basically a multivitamin, another contained glandular building ingredients and the last contained adaptogens like Ashwagandha.
