Re: Myiasis, Morgellons, Lymes, & Parasitic Skin Infections: Symptoms, Life Cycles, & Treatment
OK, this is really off the wall but I would try to suffocate them on your scalp. I would take zinc oxide, the kind you use for sunburn protection and then smother your head with it. I would then wrap, if possible, your scalp with saran wrap. Tape the edges to seal it. I would leave this on for as long as possible.
When you can no longer stand this, clean it all off and then immediately dunk your head in ice water for as long as you can stand it. Then immediately go to a bucket of hot water and dunk your head. Alternate back and forth until you feel something like sand on the top of your head. This should be the eggs coming out.
Just an of the wall idea but I have done oil suffocation techniques for lice and have done hot pool/cold pool plunges that seemed to clean stuff out of my skin. You are essentially trying to kill them by shutting off the oxygen with the zinc oxide and saran wrap and then finishing them off with temperature extremes.
There is also a prescription pesticide that I used for scabies. It worked. Perhaps you can get a sympathetic doctor to write you a prescription. I believe that you have to use it twice but double check that.
