Are you doing any omega 3 intake on the side? Strong olive oil (One of the ones with a bitter flavor), fish oil, fermented dairy (like kefir, etc)?
The thought comes to me it may be a lack of fresh cholesterols (fats) to replace the old ones getting flushed out by the coffee enemas. It's good to get the trash-tards out, but coffee enemas are /meant/ to push free old fats from the liver, and it's done in a way that gets 'em out before they get reabsorbed.
Classic grapefruit juice & bitter olive oil could be a good test. Body absorbs long-chain fatty acids better though (animal milk, milk ferments, fish oil). Always with a strong acidic drink like lemon or grapefruit juice though. Usually parasites and the like are only able to assert themselves because of low stomach acid conditions.
