Re: (Side-)Effects since starting enemas

Enemas? What sort of enemas? There's a lot of different treatments that use enemas. Please be more specific?

If it's coffee enemas, remember that gerson therapy is very specific and includes a high-nutrition diet and b12 shouts with the coffee. B12 is necessary when introducing a lot of folate and b11 (salycylic acid, if I've spelled that right) from the coffee. I notice issues if I don't pair that factor with that sort of treatment- and yes, it can easily effect sleep and mood!

Congratulations on getting some of the trash out

A quality b-complex with vitamin C may be in order. It definitely sounds like your water-doable vitamins are a bit low. Many of them are absorbed from the colon.

If you are being very specific on diet and what you take orally, you can add the b's to your colonic water, and feel the results very quickly. That'd need to be from a capsule though, or the nutrients won't dissolve easily in the water.
