parasites cause hair loss (well documented) . Albenza pills cause hair loss (well documented side effect)and this formulation was specifically designed for humans , so I don't think the parabens are the specific cause of hair loss . Mebendazole is a much better drug but in the USA that drug is no longer available to humans as it is being researched as a human cancer treatment . Fenbendazole is almost identical and others have chosen it as a replacement to mebendazole ,as choices are few and far between in treating serious nematode infections properly . Less side effects reported when people switch from albendazole to mebendazole/fenbendazole with much better results . Tweet
