Hi guys, I hoped you could help me with a quick question..

I just started an anti parasite protocol, and today I had to take castor oil - 2 tablespoons. Rather than guess I used my meds measuring cup and took exactly 10ml.

That was 5 hours ago, and absolutely nothing has happened?! What should I expect here? I thought by now I'd be on elastic to the ladies room.....?
