I took 100 ml of castor oil mixed with 200 ml of lemon juice i squeezed at home. You may add grapefruit juice or use cranberry juice instead of orange.

Castor oil cannot be digested but the body is trying to digest it. it will push all the bile (stagnant included) etc.

This will flush small intestines and body will restore its original flora. Lymphatic system will work much better.

These guys who "clean liver" with 400 ml of olive oil mixed with juice, isn't this scary? Don't do this because it is useless.
