Oh my..I just don't know what to do because fitness and nutrition are my passions, my career lol. I was hoping that maybe I could lift weights, lower rep ranges preventing my heart rate from getting up..a couple of days a week and just do yoga or walking on the other days. I really feel that the cause of the adrenal fatigue is stress..I have always been a very active person and I have had fairly stressful things occuring over the past couple years..as well as I can be very hard on myself and prone to anxiety. Im trying to get a hold on all of it now, it seemed all my issues really took off in the last year with starting a more stressful job. For supplements I currently take evening primrose oil, probiotic, iodine, fish oil, magnesium, l glutamine and a vitamin d.
