Sorry you're going through this! I have adrenal fatigue also and learn the hard way that we cannot exercise when sick.
the most you should be doing is going for 30 min light walks. Not even jogging or anything that raises your heart rate.
I know it sucks, but now I just go for walks because I want to get better
Here are a few things:
- 30 min walk
- meditate daily/breathing exercises
- clean up your diet - avoid drinking coffee, eliminate all processed sugars, eat healthy fats as your glands love it, protein, etc...
- sleep is very important
what supplements are you taking?
The biggest thing here would be finding out the culprit of your adrenal fatigue.
For some people it's stress but for others it can be parasites, copper toxicity, mercury toxicity, liver congestion, mineral imbalance...etc..
