Hello, I'm hoping someone could maybe help me. I have had numerous health issues over the years but in the past year things have gotten worse. My stress levels have gotten higher due to a job, I have been working out hard 5 days a week, and have been sleeping less, staying fairly active and busy in my free time. Since starting this new job last year my health issues have worsened. My digestion and IBS act up more, my scalp psorasis is much much worse, fibrocystic breasts around my period, hair falling out and I've felt very fatigued, overwhelmed and can no longer recover from my workouts the same. I've also noticed as I was working out harder preparing for my wedding, I am unable despite calorie restriction and adding in cardio and weight training to lose weight. I am not overweight..at 5'3 and 128lbs but in the past I've done the same things and lost weight easily. Im so tired of this and want to feel better. I've committed this last week to exercising less..Im taking one full week off and them picking it back up with less intensity. Also starting to shoot for 9 hours of sleep each night.. And trying to manage my stress. Does anyone have any tips or advice? I scheduled a consultation with a homeopathic doctor coming up soon..Im hoping that might help resolve some of my issues.
